CREDITS

for CONTINUING EDUCATION

WHAT ARE CEU’s / CE’s?

Continuing education credits/units (previously referred to as CEUs and now called CEs) are clocked hours awarded by post-secondary learning programs. They are designed to meet the requirements for professionals (as specified by their respective licensing authorities). More and more alternative care systems and associations are making it compulsory for members who hold specific certifications or licenses to take continuing education. This is to ensure that they remain recognized as a member in good standing and current with certification.

WHY CEU’s / CE’s?

Due to highly competitive markets, some professionals decide to continue their education separately from their association requirements. This is an intelligent means to expand their knowledge base and keep pace with new development while improving their own chances for sustaining long term success.

CareerHearted is committed to supporting continuing education so as to further your professional development.
